Football has a different charm in the United States. In fact, Football, also known as American Football, is the most popular sport here in America.
The NFL is, without a question, the most popular tournament, and its Super Bowl is considered the biggest sports event in America.
It’s not just the NFL; the game is equally popular in schools. Youngsters prepare themselves for the big league from an early age. Every season, the best High School player is awarded the All-American Bowl Player of The year Award. The award holds great prestige and declares the bright future of the winner in Football.
This article lists all the award winners from 2000 to 2021 with their short introductions.
Every All-American Bowl Player of the Year Award Winner
Winning the All-American Bowl Player of the Year Award is a massive accomplishment. To win this award, a player has to compete with thousands of other players. It is a national award given to the best player, no matter from which state he is from. Every year one player is given this honor.

Cade Klubnik was born in October 2003 in Texas. He plays as a quarterback. Klubnik played the key role in guiding Westlake to a third straight 6A state championship. With three touchdown passes in the All-American Bowl, he is certainly worthy of the award.
Because of his excellent performance, he was also named MaxPreps’ national player of the year. In 13 games, he threw 3251 yards with 43 touchdowns to 3 interceptions with a completion rate of 71.3.
Klubnik has wrapped up his High School career and has now joined Clemson. Experts believe the youngster has everything one needs to become the next mega-star in the NFL.

Bryce Young was born on July 25, 2001. In High School, he played for Mater Dei and won the All-American Bowl Player of the Year award in 2019. Currently, he is playing for Alabama Crimson Tide.
Initially, Young joined the Cathedral High School in Los Angeles but soon transferred to Mater Dei High School. His senior year in school was filled with numerous achievements. He became the Los Angeles Times Player of the Year and Gatorade Football Player of the Year.

Bru McCoy was born in California on June 22, 2000. McCoy played as a wide receiver and linebacker. He had the talent from the beginning but flourished in his senior year when he had 77 receptions for 1428 yards. In addition, he had 18 touchdowns and five sacks.

Jacob Eason was born on November 17, 1997. He is considered one of the best Lake Stevens High School quarterbacks.
In his senior year, he played 13 games and played the key role in leading his team to a 12-1 record and reaching the state semifinals. Unfortunately, Lake Stevens lost to the Skyline by a 37-34 final score. But that could not stop Eason from being the year’s best player.
With pass attempts for 3,585 yards, three touchdowns, and six interceptions, he achieved the All-American Bowl Player of the Year. No wonder Eason is in great demand in the NFL, and so far, he has already changed teams twice.

The 6ft 3 inches tall footballer was a born superstar. Apopka High School won the 2014 Class 8A state title, and Ivey’s contribution was huge. Ivey was ranked as the No. 1 offensive tackle prospect, and Rivals.com announced him as a five-star recruit.

The NFL team Oakland Raiders signed him, but the team soon waived him. He is not an active footballer at the moment. Sadly, such a talented youngster could not reach his full potential.

The former quarterback of Skyline High School had a very promising career in High School Football. His High School career was more than impressive. He had a record percentage of passes of 73.5, with passes for 12,591 yards. In addition to this, there are 146 touchdowns to mention.
He won multiple awards during High School. He won the Gatorade Player of the Year for Washington in 2011 and 2012. Later in 2013, he also won the prestigious All-American Bowl Player of the Year award.
During his college year in 2017, he had a shoulder injury that cost him the tournament. Unfortunately, he was not offered a contract by any NFL team, and his football career ended with that.

Beckham went to Hillcrest High School and was a part of the school’s football team. Dorial Green-Beckham was a Wide receiver. Beckham showed great talent from the beginning of his High School career. He posted 66 catches for 1,616 yards and 23 touchdowns as a freshman.
Rivals.com announced Beckham as the High School Football Junior of the Year because of his 78 receptions for 1,706 yards and 15 touchdowns.
In his senior year, Beckham’s performance got even better. That season there were 119 receptions for 2,233 yards and 24 touchdowns by his name. Because of his superb performance, he received numerous prizes.

Demetrus’ name must sound unfamiliar to you, but he had all the requirements to become a top footballer. Unfortunately, it did not happen.

Hart finished his High school career with impressive stats, and it seemed like he would make it big in the future. Nonetheless, after the end of his college career, he was undrafted, and soon he gave up Football.

Like some of the other potential footballers on the list, Baxter failed to make a career in the NFL. No team in the NFL showed any interest in Baxter’s football career ended with his college career.

One look at Terrelle, and you know you have your man. Terrelle became much popular during his school days because of his physique. Some people started comparing him with Vince Young, a Texas legend.
Terrelle is the first player in Pennsylvania High School’s history to run for 4,000 yards and throw for 4,000 yards. Terrelle made a major contribution to leading the Jayhawks to their first-ever Pennsylvania State Championship.

Before becoming a popular NFL player, Clausen had an impressive prep career at Oaks Christian School. In 2006, he threw 49 touchdown passes and led the Lions to their first-ever Division III state title.
Clausen was a phenomenal player. His team never lost a game he started in High School. In his High School career, he threw for 10,677 yards. He won the Hall trophy in 2006 and became the Offensive Player of the Year by USA Today.
After college, he was drafted into the NFL. He was active there from 2010 to 2015.

Perrilloux’s High School career was nothing short of impressive. In four years, he made a total of 155 touchdowns, including 84 passing and 71 rushings. In his senior year, he set a record of 5006 yards, which includes 3,546 yards passing and 1,460 yards rushing.
Perrilloux did not get any NFL offer in 2010 but got an offer from the New York Giants in 2011. However, he could not make it big in the NFL.

Adrian Peterson was born in 1985 in Texas. Peterson was multi-talented and was good in three sports: football, basketball, and track. However, he shone most in Football and was so focused on it.
As a senior in 2003, Peterson was unstoppable. On 252 attempts, he rushed for 2,960 yards, 11.7 yards per carry on average, and 32 touchdowns. His final-year performance attracted colleges to him, and later on, he became a top player in the NFL.
The 2003 All-American Bowl Player of the Year has become one of the greatest running backs in football history. Also, among all the Hall award winners, Peterson has achieved the most in his football career.

Chris Leak is from North Carolina. From an early age, he proved to be a prodigy. From his 8th grade, he received national attention as he received a college football scholarship.
He went to Independence High School in Charlotte and played as the starting quarterback for the Patriots High School Football team. In his four-year career, Leak achieved several trophies. His team won the North Carolina 4-A state championships thrice in a row.
Leak holds the record for passing yards in a career- 15,593 yards and a complete record with 1013. Also, with 185, he held the national record for touchdown passes. Many consider him one of the greatest High School quarterbacks of all time.
Parade magazine honored Leak as All-American and Player of the Year in 2003. Scout.com ranked Leak as a five-star prospect. Despite all the success and popularity during High School, Leak failed big time in the NFL.

Booker earned many other honors and awards, including the USA Today All-USA first-team honor. He had a career with 137 touchdowns in High School. St. Bonaventure High School had a 42-0 record in his four-year tenure.
